This policy explains how Exquisite Catering handles the personal information you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you request a quote or send a question, we collect your name, phone number, email address and the details of your event: the event type, date, location, number of guests, service time, your package and menu selections, upgrades and any special requests, including dietary requirements you choose to share.
How we use it
We use your details only to prepare your quote, reply to your question, plan and cater your event, and keep in touch about it. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else, except where we need to in order to deliver your event or where the law requires it.
How we store it
Enquiries are stored securely in our website’s private administration area and in our email. Only our team can access them. Menu selections you make before sending are kept on your own device so you can come back to them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at drmushonga@gmail.com.
