About Exquisite Catering

Chef Lewis is a Zimbabwean-born, professionally trained chef whose career has been shaped by premium hospitality in Africa and Australia. He began as a kitchen hand at Elephant Hills Resort in Victoria Falls and worked his way through the culinary ranks to Sous Chef at The Victoria Falls Hotel, including responsibility within the multi-award-winning Livingstone Dining Room. He later became Executive Chef at A’Zambezi River Lodge.

His career also includes international experience in Seychelles. Beyond the kitchen, he is known for his food presentation and carving, and for mentoring young chefs. He is the author of the cookbook Bika.

Today he brings that experience, creativity and leadership to Exquisite Catering, with a vision of a premium mobile catering brand where exceptional food, elegant presentation and dependable service come together.

Idah brings experience in event planning, décor and administration. She looks after the organisation and coordination behind each event, making sure presentation, planning and the operational details come together seamlessly.

Her practical and creative support complements Chef Lewis's culinary vision, and shapes the polished, professional Exquisite experience your guests see on the day.
